Standard quotation, payment, warranty, delivery and documentation terms for Qingtian VFD orders.

Topic	Standard Condition
Quotation validity	Valid for the period stated on the quotation
Payment	T/T unless another term is agreed in writing
Warranty	18 months from shipment against manufacturing defects under normal use
Exclusions	Improper installation, unauthorized repair, abnormal environment, misuse and consumable parts
Delivery	EXW, FOB or CIF as stated in the quotation
Documentation	Commercial invoice and packing list provided; other documents subject to agreement
